I'm twenty nine years old and live with my partner Joe and our two young daughters, Hazel (8yrs) and Jazmin (6yrs) in Auckland, New Zealand.

We emigrated to New Zealand last year and are very happy here.

I do my art work and occasionally exhibit at craft fairs in my spare time.

I love nature and the great outdoors, walking, gardening, swimming, badminton and a few other sports as well.
 
I have worked in residential care homes for the elderly for seven years now. Many of the residents I work with suffer with Dementia and other neurological conditions.

I organise and provide a great variety of fun and rejuvenating activities including; gardening, aromatherapy, games and a wonderful range of art and crafts including, still life drawing, collages, glass painting and many more. I also organise Church services, resident meetings, in house entertainment and outings.

I'm qualified in chair based exercises for the frail elderly.

I have an NCFE in provision of activities within a care setting (click here for details) and other relevant qualifications. I've also completed the Otago exercise programme to prevent falls in older adults.

I'm passionate about my work and enjoy the challenges that it brings each and every day. I'm young, with lots of energy and ideas. I am caring, creative, have good communication skills and a good sense of humour.
